Hi, I'm Malika Azargoon, the founder and principal of Zar Dental Consulting. Almost 10 years ago, after graduating from GW University with a degree in Microbiology, I was accepted into dental school, passionate about my new journey to becoming a pediatric dentist. A month later, I discovered I was having my first child and things took a turn in a different direction for me.  A few years later, that passion for dentistry was still burning and I decided to pursue my passion in a different way. I started working as a dental assistant and worked my way up to the role of business manager at one of DC's top dental offices.

 

Now, with over 15 years of experience, both clinically and in management, I have decided to use my expertise to help others in the industry I love. Zar Dental Consulting is a home-grown consulting firm based in the DC metro area that can help your business grow and flourish.
